Center for Rural Environmental Social Studies(CRESS)

CRESS was established in 2007 as a Centre in the Institute of Sociology. CRESS aims to protect the interests of vulnerable rural residents through site-based projects and policy recommendations. CRESS have not only full-time scholars in the field of sociology and environmental sciences, but also senior researcher studying rural development. Moreover, CRESS is open for part-time researchers on relative fields.
